Your details, and where they go.
The only personal details longisland.ai collects are the ones you type into the booking form. This page lists what they are, where they're kept, and who can see them.
What the booking form collects
Nothing is sent until you press Confirm booking. When you do, the form sends the following, and the booking record also notes when it was made.

- Optional: whatever you type under “Anything we should know.”
- Call
- The day and time you pick, and the topic (AI readiness audit or general inquiry).
- Time zone
- Your device's time zone setting (for example America/New_York), sent with the booking so we know your local time.
Why we ask
To hold the time you picked, to get in touch with you about the call, and to come to it prepared. The site doesn't use your details for advertising or a mailing list, and doesn't pass them to anyone besides the services named on this page.
Where it's kept
The site runs on Vercel, a hosting service, and your booking is handled by the site's server in Vercel's Washington, D.C. region. That server saves it in a database run by Supabase, a hosted database service, in its US East (North Virginia) region.
That Supabase account also holds data for other projects, so bookings sit in their own table with no public access. The key the website uses can add a booking and check which times are taken; it can't read anyone's details back. Bookings can only be read by someone signed in to the Supabase account.
Booking emails aren't automated yet, so no email service receives your details when you book. If you write to hello@longisland.ai, including through the link shown after you book, your message is held by our mail provider, Namecheap Private Email.
How long it's kept
There's no automatic deletion yet: booking records stay in the database until they're deleted by hand. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted, email hello@longisland.ai.
In your browser
- No cookies and no analytics or visitor tracking.
- The one thing the site can store on your device is your light or dark theme choice. The cookie policy has the details.
If this changes
This page is updated when what the site collects, or where it's kept, changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
