Demo: sample data for illustration

● Sample client dashboardMockup · invented data

An ordinary Tuesday, with one more on staff.

Three moments from one made-up morning at a fictional practice, played out as they would happen. Below it, the dashboard where your office would see all of it.

Nothing below is real. “Example Practice” is fictional, the names are placeholders, and every number is made up for illustration. The buttons don't send anything.

Illustration · sample data

An illustration with invented data, in three scenes. One: at 9:47 PM on Monday, with the office closed, a caller asks for a consultation about a will; the assistant answers, takes notes on the office server and books Thursday at 10:00. Two: at 9:02 AM on Tuesday, the front desk asks for the signed engagement letter in the Doe file; the assistant searches the office file server and links page 2 of the signed copy. Three: after Tuesday's consultation with Jane Roe, the assistant drafts a follow-up email and leaves it waiting for a person to approve. Nothing is sent to an outside AI.

This is a mockup we walk through in consultations. It shows the kind of view a practice gets once its assistant is running: what it handled, what's waiting for a person to approve, and how the week is going. The exact panels are shaped to your office during the build.

What would yours keep track of?

The readiness audit works out which jobs are worth giving the assistant first, and so what your dashboard would actually show.
